Priscilla McElveen (Personal Trainer)

Throughout her life, Priscilla has strived for physical excellence. She has excelled as a Competitve Sprinter,  UCA Collegiate Cheerleader, UDA Dancer, Hunter Jumper/Saddle Bred Horse Showman, Marathon/Adventure racer, as well as a CrossFit Athlete and Coach. After maintaining two degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill and Queens University of Charlotte, and continuing her master’s education at FUA in Florence, Italy, Priscilla decided to utilize her countless years of being a trainee to pursue her passion in helping others maintain a healthy and balanced physical lifestyle.


Since 2010, she has pursued personal training by obtaining her CPT, USAW-Sports Performance Coach certification, CF-L2 and an official recognition as a Specialist in Exercise Therapy, to help aid those with physical and mental ailments. Opening her own business, Warrior Within Fitness, in 2015, Priscilla works closely with medical professionals to help implement proper foundation building, movement and strengthening strategies to ensure optimum training for each warrior. To further her education in myo-fascial manipulation, Priscilla obtained her RockTape Blades (IASTM), Basic and Performance Certifications to help educate neurological stimulation and taping modalities to enhance stronger movement patterns. In 2017 she took her love and training of the kettlebell and became a StrongFirst Giyra L-1 Instructor. By using functional methods and strengthening techniques, Priscilla strives to teach proper exercise form and function to assure physical excellence for all individuals.  Come train with her and unleash your Inner Warrior! 


Nancy Baruch (Nutritionist)

Nancy Baruch, Board Certified Health Counselor (AADP), partnering with USANA Health Sciences. She has 40+ years of experience in guiding individuals to optimal health through nutrition and lifestyle changes. 
  • Co-Founder of Lacrosse Outreach Foundation, a non-profit organization providing programs and services geared towards getting and keeping young people involved in extra curricular activities, primarily lacrosse. Partnered with Second Wind Fund (a teen suicide prevention program).
  • Started Women’s Lacrosse Program at Golden High School in 1993, recently retired from coaching after 13 years. Awarded Coach of the Year 4 times.
  • Colorado Lacrosse Hall of Fame inductee November 2007
  • Mother of 4 adult children: Justine, Seaver, Tyler and Luke
  • Life long passion for helping individuals develop healthy lifestyles through optimal nutrition, self care, and exercise.
